Over this time frame I had a low carb high protein diet, getting most of my carbs from vegetables. While I'm very happy with the program as it forces you to be very active and methodical about keeping your heart rate up, I wonder now looking back what I could have done differently when it came to my diet. Over this time period I went from ~13% BF to anywhere as low as ~8% BF give or take. The goal was to lose body fat and then re-evaluate from there. ![]()
